Who are these lifters for?

The round 8-inch vacuum lifters suit tiles and slabs on a small budget, and their removable battery lets you keep a spare on hand. The oval models with re-pumping are aimed at users who hold slabs for longer or carry them over longer distances. The comparison Round vs. oval shows which shape suits which format. As with any vacuum lifter, often called a gripster in the trade, the rule applies: clean the surface, check the display before lifting and move large slabs with two people.
