Bonvoisin gripsters

Bonvoisin is one of the many brands offering vacuum lifters from Chinese mass production. The brand is represented in the comparison with 2 models. Both are round electric vacuum lifters with a built-in battery and are almost identically priced.

Model range

The 8-inch electric gripster costs €48 and is rated at 230 kg. It has a 3.7 V, 4,000 mAh battery, a digital display and a carrying case.

The second offer is a twin pack with two vacuum grippers in a case, a lithium battery, a gauge for monitoring the vacuum and a three-layer rubber seal. It works out at €50 per unit and is rated at 200 kg.

Prices and load capacity

Prices are €48 and €50, with a median of €49, below the €68 median across all 519 offers. The median load capacity is 215 kg, and the strongest is the single unit at 230 kg according to the manufacturer's rating.

Features

Both units are electric, and in each the battery is built in. No offer mentions a removable battery or USB-C charging. The single unit has a digital display, the twin pack a vacuum gauge. Both use a rubber seal, three-layered on the twin pack. There is no vibration function.

Who are these lifters for?

The single unit suits DIYers looking for a round 8-inch vacuum gripper with a digital display and a large battery. The twin pack is aimed at anyone carrying large tiles or slabs as a team with two units. The comparison Single vs. twin pack shows whether a set or a single unit makes more sense. Since the battery is built in, it should be fully charged before use, and the guide Battery and charging has tips on this. With any vacuum lifter, often called a gripster in the trade, the rule applies: check the display or gauge before lifting and work only on clean surfaces.
