DURDUR gripsters

DURDUR is one of the many brands offering gripsters from Chinese mass production. The brand is represented in the comparison with 3 electric models: two round twin packs and one oval single unit.

Model range

The two round models have a 203 mm (8-inch) suction plate and are sold as twin packs with four batteries, external chargers and a carrying case. They differ in their display: the version with an analog vacuum gauge is rated at 250 kg, the version with a digital display at 270 kg. Both work out at €78 per unit.

The oval model with a 239 mm suction pad, two motors, two 2,000 mAh batteries and a digital display costs €149 and is rated at 300 kg.

Prices and load capacity

Prices range from €78 to €149, with a median of €78, slightly above the €68 median across all 519 offers. The median load capacity is 270 kg, and the strongest is the oval model at 300 kg according to the manufacturer's rating.

Features

All 3 units are electric. The two twin packs use removable batteries, while the oval model's batteries are listed as built in. No offer mentions USB-C charging. 2 models have a digital display, 1 an analog gauge. All seals are rubber, and there is no vibration function.

Who are these lifters for?

The twin packs are aimed at tile setters and DIYers who need two round vacuum lifters for two-person work on large formats or patio slabs. The comparison Single vs. twin pack shows whether a set or a single unit makes more sense. If you prefer a needle gauge to a digital readout, choose the version with the vacuum gauge. More units in this size are listed in the category 8-inch. The oval model with two motors suits longer formats. For every vacuum lifter, often called a gripster in the trade, the rule applies: before lifting, the display must report a stable vacuum, and the surface should be clean and dry.
