MAIMAILE gripsters

MAIMAILE is one of the many brands offering units from Chinese mass production. The brand is represented in the comparison with 3 models. Unlike most vacuum lifters in the database, they are not intended for tiles or stone but for handling LED panels and LED displays.

Model range

All 3 models have a narrow, rectangular suction pad, which places them among the narrow vacuum grippers. They share a power rating of 350 W. The €179 model uses a removable battery and offers two-stage control and a runtime of about 25 minutes. The version for LED displays at €193 has a foam seal. The €194 model combines two speed settings, a foam seal and an aluminum case.

Prices and load capacity

Prices sit close together between €179 and €194, with a median of €193. That puts MAIMAILE well above the €68 median across all 519 offers and in the €100 to €200 segment. Load capacity is given as 30 kg, which is designed for the lighter LED modules and far less than for tile vacuum grippers.

Features

All units are electric. 1 model is listed with a removable battery, and no offer mentions USB-C charging. 2 models have a foam seal. None offers a digital display or vibration function. Two models offer two power or speed settings.

Who are these lifters for?

These units are aimed at event and media technology professionals who fit LED panels into walls and frames or remove them. At 30 kg they are not designed for heavy tiles, natural stone slabs or glass panes. Models from the category 100 to 200 kg or stronger are suited to that. The surface guide explains which surfaces a vacuum lifter, often called a gripster in the trade, can hold securely. Even with light modules, the rule applies: keep the contact surface clean and check that the unit is firmly attached before lifting.
